Every new song from the new CD was played, I believe. Dave played a keytar and a Guitar Hero controller that they rigged and wired up for him to actually play for one song. The new guitar player, Mark, is from Tyler....got to chat with him for a bit after the show. Got a few good pics during the show that I'm still working on processing here on the computer. Got a crappy pic with Dave on my phone. Got my CD signed by everyone. Got to talk to Jack after the show too (other guitar player), and check out his gear and rig....pretty sweet. Got a snazzy new "Remedy" shirt. It was a good night.

How did said songs sound?
Said songs sounded amazing...it never ceases to amaze me how they pull off their sound in a live setting. It was just amazing. They have a piano/organ deal set up for Dave to play on some songs, which is a lot different for them (he even said so).
Plus, I love the direction and theme of the new album. After the sorta "down-ness" of A Collision, dealing with death and our mortality...this was the absolute best way to follow up. Songs of hope and love and a cure for our pain.
It was really a great experience, sharing the night with them and their church...who these songs were written for.
