So, we're driving down to Houston last night for the weekend. It's dinner time...and of course, there really isn't anywhere great to stop that we can find something to eat for the munchkin. We know what's ahead of us to choose from...and we know if we want something nice, good and somewhat healthy to eat for all of us, it'll be too far away. When it's time to eat for the munchkin, it's time to eat. So the choice is before us....bite the bullet and go with what's easiest, or drive another 45 minutes with a monster screaming at us. So, I share with you......
