Sodas

Thursday, September 07, 2006

Ok, I really don't know what you call this stuff, but bear with me. You know when you first open a soda in a plastic bottle (ya know, like a 20 oz.), and there's the gaseous, carbonated air that sits there above the liquid? Not the foamy bubbles that rise and spew, but just that gassy stuff that sits there. Now to the question....

When you open your soda, do you give it a little blow to clear out that stuff before you take a drink, or do you just take a drink and get all that gaseous carbonation with it?

This is something I've circulated around to some friends, family, co-workers. You are the first person, besides myself, that I've asked that blows it away. Why does everyone want that gaseous inhalation of fumes? Some sort of high, I'm sure....cheap druggies.
